Terms and Conditions

  • The services are available to all CB Bank Credit Card cardholders.
  • The services are valid for the main cardholder only.
  • The services are applicable only when cardholders have registered on website cb-points.com by themselves or through CB bank staff and spent by using their CB Bank cards.
  • The value of every Ks 1,000 spent is equal to 1 point.
  • The expiry period of accumulated points is 6 months after the registration month. If the cardholders do not redeem the points within that period, CB Bank will automatically give cash back to the cardholders at the value of 1 point = 1 Kyat only.
  • The reward confirmations will be processed within 24 hours after system approval by call and/or e-mail.
  • The actual accumulated points will be updated at the end of each month.
  • The accumulated points cannot be transferred or converted into cash until the expiration date.
  • The reward cannot be changed after redemption and the useful life of the reward depends on each reward’s information as specified.
  • The company reserves the right to change, revise and remove any condition or reward without prior notice.
